Memorial Grant

APPLICATION PROCESS

Sleep Sweet Junebug, Inc. provides a seamless application process with the goal to distribute funds within 3 days of receiving a completed application.

APPLICATION COMPONENTS

A completed SSJB, Inc. Memorial Grant application will include:

Applicant's Name(s) and Contact Information,
Information about your Little One,
A statement of how the SSJB, Inc. Memorial Grant will be utilized, and
Proof of Loss (this is required to ensure funds are provided to families in need.)

All information received via the application is held in strict confidence and will not be shared outside of the Sleep Sweet Junebug, Inc. Memorial Grant Review Team. If you are awarded a grant, you will have the option to sign a release of information in order to include your name and your Little One's name on our Memorial Wall.

GRANT FUNDS

Sleep Sweet Junebug, Inc. provides the SSJB Memorial Grant because of the generosity of our donors. Up to $1,000 in grant funds are available per grant award. The amount of the grant is dependent up on the applicant's response to how the funds will be utilized. Grants range from $250-$1,000.

All grant funds will be disbursed directly to the family via electronic means. Once an application is approved, the family will be notified along with a request for how funds should be provided.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Applications for the SSJB Memorial Grant are received on a rolling basis as long as there are funds available to disburse. If funds are no available to application will be disabled.
