Course Synopsis
This program will provide clinicians with information on the unique experience of grief as it relates to pregnancy & infant loss. Together, we will learn more about theories and stages of grief, understanding the diverse ways parents and families processes and mourn their loss, and ways to support families in managing their grief with evidence-based practice. (Approved for 6 Social Work CEUs by the DC Board of Social Work)
